Tak si asi odpovim sam...
WD disky maji nejakou feature, ktera sice snizuje idle-noise disku, ale
taky zpusobuje nekompatibilitu s raid radici.
Zkusim tu featuru vypnout, a dam vedet jak to dopadlo...
