A-ha, na prvni otazku si castecne odpovim sam, stacilo chvili RTFM:
 vmstat -i
Tim se ale problem presouva do jine roviny. Podle systemu prichazi preruseni 
IRQ9 - to odpovida i moji dokumentaci. nicmene proc si system mysli, ze na 
irq9 sedi zarizeni acpi0 a ne pozadovane sio3 ????
