Nasiel som kde bol problem.
Ak by sa nahodov stretol s tym istym :

"config.guess No such file or directory" mi vyhadcovalo pri skoro kazdej
kompilacii ktoyu som spustil v kde konzole.
Riesenie je pouzit Eterm.
