Nemam s tim moc zkusenosti, rad se priucim. Pocitam,z e vice se dozvim z
man dummynet ci jsou i jine zdroje?
Popr. pokud vy neco podobneho pouzivate, rad se podivam "ukazkovou"
konfiguraci.
